How to Claim
We at LowCommission.ie understand what our customers need when they suffer a serious illness, disability or injury, or when someone dies.
Our priority is to ensure that your claim is handled in a prompt, efficient, supportive and sensitive manner, whilst maintaining quality customer service at all times.
You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us of a claim or potential claim, or if you need to clarify what would and would not be covered on your plan.
Upon receipt of your claim we will immediately appoint a dedicated claims representative to manage all aspects of your claim and to ensure a one to one, personal service throughout the process.
